The new program applies to residents across the state, particularly those in rural and remote areas, those from  Tribal communities, and communities of color.

Eligible people enrolling in the courses will also obtain referrals to support services to assist them in thriving in other walks of life. To qualify for a free laptop through Goodwill Connect, you must be a recipient of Medicaid or have 135%  or below the federal poverty line, to get a Chromebook.
