Airtalk Wireless Replacement Phone : Terms, Condition & Method

AirTalk Wireless provides Lifeline and ACP benefits that offer eligible subscribers free phone and wireless services. You may qualify for free cell phones if you meet specific state and Federal eligibility requirements. The eligibility requirements are based on either program-based or income-based eligibility. If your device gets stolen, lost, or damaged, you can request an Airtalk Wireless replacement phone. In other words, you can receive a new device from Airtalk if your device is defective, lost, broken, or stolen.

If your device gets stolen or lost, you can immediately contact customer care to suspend your account. You can initiate a replacement if your device breaks and may be charged a small fee. To replace a defective Airtalk Wireless device, contact a customer representative at +1 (855) 924-7825 or email them at info@airtalkwireless.com. For a 15-day AirTalk Wireless warranty, you can return any malfunctioning mobile devices or accessories to the provider.

Typically, AirTalk Wireless cell phone purchased or obtained free of charge directly from this provider features a 15-day warranty from AirTalk Wireless. Thus, you can receive a full refund if you return the device within these 15 days. If your device has any malfunction resulting not from your misuse or damage, you can return it and get a replacement device for free.

AirTalk Wireless Replacement Phone Terms & Conditions

AirTalk Wireless customers have up to fifteen (15) days from their mobile device delivery date to return any malfunctioning device or accessories to AirTalk Wireless. In this case, AirTalk Wireless will offer a free replacement phone at AirTalk Wireless’s discretion. Most importantly, you must return the entire phone as received during activation. AirTalk Wireless offers new and used cell phones as replacements to subscribers. All handset models offered to Lifeline subscribers are chosen at the sole discretion of AirTalk Wireless, and phone models may vary. AirTalk Wireless can replace devices with various models at its sole discretion. 

Again, AirTalk Wireless is not liable for, nor will they refund, any lost, misused, stolen, or damaged AirTalk Wireless additional minutes or data plans. AirTalk Wireless does not welcome returns or offer refunds of any AirTalk Wireless extra minutes or data unless it’s determined AirTalk Wireless did not carry the duty of service. 

AirTalk Wireless Government Lifeline Replacement Phone Policy

Airtalk Wireless Lifeline replacement models offered to AirTalk’s Lifeline subscribers are chosen at the company’s sole discretion. However, cell phone models may vary, and the company can replace devices with similar models at its sole discretion.

However, the replacement phone policy for free government devices is similar to other phones bought or acquired directly from AirTalk Wireless. AirTalk Wireless is not liable for and doesn’t refund or replace any misused,  lost, stolen, or damaged phones. If any of these incidents happen, contact the company’s customer service at +1 (855) 924-7825  immediately for the representative to take the corrective measures.

Procedure To Replace Your AirTalk Wireless Phone

If your device develops a manufacturing defect, within 15 days of receiving it, you can request a replacement for a similar model for free. If you return the phone within this time, the company will offer an AirTalk Wireless replacement phone at the company’s discretion. Otherwise, you will be required to pay a $25 charge to obtain a replacement cell phone. This fee primarily handles shipping and handling.

If the device starts malfunctioning and the damage is not resulting from the user’s misuse, you may also get a replacement device from the manufacturer. Notably, the one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty does not include malfunction due to misuse, physical damage,  loss, or theft. To confirm if you can get a replacement phone from the manufacturer, immediately reach out to AirTalk and the manufacturer.

If the damage or malfunction happens one year after delivery, you will not get a refund or a free replacement phone from Airtalk Wireless or the manufacturer. AirTalk may give you a replacement phone for a small fee.

Way To Replace Airtalk Wireless Lost Phone Or Broken Phone

You can only start a  procedure for an AirTalk Wireless replacement phone by calling AirTalk’s customer support service. After a representative comes on the line,  ensure you describe the issue in detail. You can explain what happened,  where, and when and ask if you can receive a replacement device.

You can contact AirTalk’s customer support service through the following platforms:

  • Online at airtalkwireless.com/contact. In this case, complete the replacement form and submit it. 
  • Send to Email them.

Airtalk Wireless Replacement Phone Activation Process

The activation process for a replacement phone is the same as for other phones. You can contact customer care through their mail or contact Us: at +1 (855) 924-7825 to activate your replacement device. Alternatively, you can follow the below steps:

  1. Proceed to the https://airtalkwireless.com/active-my-sim-card page
  2. Submit your MDN Number in the provided blanks
  3. Next, submit your SIM card number.
  4. Finally, tap on the Submit button.
  5. Your device will get activated in due time.

Is It Free To Replace Airtalk Wireless Lost Or Broken Phone 

Suppose an AirTalk Wireless customer loses or has their device stolen. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred until AirTalk Wireless is informed of the lost or stolen cell phone. To report an Airtalk Wireless lost or stolen wireless phone, contact Customer Service at +1 (855) 924-7825. Upon getting notice of the lost or stolen device, AirTalk Wireless will suspend your account immediately.

On the other hand, if you do not activate a new AirTalk Wireless cell phone or fail to notify about a found wireless phone within 15 days of the account suspension, the account will become deactivated, and you will lose the AirTalk Wireless phone number.
