If your device develops a manufacturing defect, within 15 days of receiving it, you can request a replacement for a similar model for free. Suppose an AirTalk Wireless customer loses or has their device stolen. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred until AirTalk Wireless is informed of the lost or stolen cell phone.
